My History

Hi, my name is Rosangela Frary.

I am a chef with a degree in Gastronomy from 2008 and a postgraduate degree in Brazilian cuisine. After taking several specialization courses in São Paulo with several famous chefs in the area of confectionery and chocolate, I became a confectioner and chocolatier. I ended up falling in love with the world of sweets and chocolate.

In 2010, I opened my first confectionery store, Semente de Cacau Chocolates, on one of the most famous beaches in Brazil, in Porto de Galinhas. In 2015, I moved to Atlanta and specialized in gourmet brigadeiros, where I started my brand Brigadeiros Temptation, with a menu of almost 40 different flavors.

Today, with over 15 years of experience in the world of sweets and chocolates, the art of chocolate is a gift that is acquired with practice. And practice makes perfect. I am increasingly passionate about my beloved profession and I enjoy a memorable life.
